I would like to thank you all for visiting my campaign website. I am honored to receive the support of so many wonderful people, and thanks to people like you, it is now my honor to represent Illinois 17th District in Congress, continuing the work of my friend and mentor, Lane Evans.
While we won a great victory in 2006, there is still more work to be done. In the coming months, I will begin my first re-election campaign, and I would be honored to have your support in this effort. I believe 2006 was a historic victory for Democrats nationwide, and in 2008, we can accomplish even more.
I hope that you will utilize this site and its information to be better informed about who I am, what I have done, and what I hope to continue to do for this district.
